Yes. Based on your lighting design demands, we may formulate the resin to reach light transmittance levels from 20% (deeper black esthetic) to 50% (better lumen efficiency) while fully hiding the LED diodes.

Absolutely. We provide both 100% virgin PC and optical PMMA materials. PC is the preferred choice for applications requiring strong impact resistance and flame retardancy (UL94-V0). PMMA delivers good optical clarity and superior UV weatherability.

Yes we are specialized in OEM/ODM customized plastic extrusions. Take your CAD models or real samples of the aluminum channel and our engineering team will develop and build the exact tooling for the extrusion to achieve a perfect snap in fit.

Our complete secondary processing capabilities are comprised of precision cut to length, miter cut for corner joints, custom punch holes, and individual protective film packing.

Our MOQ is different for different profile size and weight. The normal MOQ for small or narrow light diffusers is 3,000 meters and for wider or thicker custom profiles it can be as low as 500 to 800 meters. Custom extrusion tooling design and sample prototype is typically 12 – 15 days.
