First our technical team will analyze your 3D files or design drawings to see whether the shape is suitable for plastic extrusion or not. Then we construct the custom steel mold and produce the first samples for your confirmation, which will take about 10 to 15 days. Once you approve the samples we start the mass production. This takes about 15 days and includes our thoroughly cooled manual cutting and cleaning off the plastic dust before we ship everything off.
