This custom anti-glare prismatic LED diffuser cover is designed for commercial and architectural LED linear profiles. The extrusion is made from 100% virgin PC or PMMA, optical grade, with precision micro-prismatic optical textures that reduce glare (UGR < 19) and eliminate diode hotspots, while keeping good light transmission. We offer complete OEM services，including custom extrusion tooling, based on client-supplied CAD drawings or samples, precise profile extrusion, and custom cut-to-length services with tight tolerances.

The micro-prismatic texture design should be provided by the customer via 2D/3D CAD drawings or physical samples. We will produce and engrave the custom optical texture onto a specialized embossing roller. This roller impresses the accurate optical pattern directly on the plastic profile surface during the continuous extrusion process, so your finished cover will meet the intended light transmission and anti-glare performance (e.g. UGR < 19).

We have two standard in-house optical prismatic designs that may help reduce the cost of custom tooling if they fit your profile dimensions. However, our core expertise is custom OEM manufacturing—we primarily engineer custom extrusion tooling and engraving embossing rollers based on your own optical drawings or physical samples.

Yes. We offer Polycarbonate for applications requiring high impact resistance, UL94-V0 flame retardancy. We also offer Acrylic for maximum UV stability, non-yellowing performance, and superior optical clarity.

We offer a full range of secondary processing, including precision cut-to-length (custom lengths), end-cap notch punching, and custom protective film packaging.

The tooling creation usually takes 10–15 days, and the sample approval is fast: 3–5 days. Minimum Order Quantity usually starts from 2000 – 3000 meters, but it can be adjusted dependent on your profile size and design.
